We are excited to announce that this year Silent Pool Distillers has teamed up with Neale Richards Garden Design, to produce a Garden in this years Chelsea Flower Show; A Place to Grow. The garden, Designed by David Neale, will be mixing sleek hard landscaping with drifts of soft planting, this garden provides a contemporary yet relaxing city haven for a professional couple to unwind in.
Most Noteworthy is the garden reflection of Silent Pool Gin’s ethos through the use of quality UK sourced materials. These include textural Portland stone, Purbeck walling and weathered oak. In Addition the gin-making process is represented through the use of intricate laser-cut copper panels, polished copper distillation helmets and a central ‘citrus peel’ sculpture.
Gentle movement is created via a raised, infinity-edged pool that ebbs into a lower reflective pool. Native, multi-stemmed trees create a canopy that provides privacy. The planting, in tones of predominantly blues, whites, greens and hints of copper, subtly blends to create a calming ambience. Silent Pool Gin’s botanicals are reflected through the inclusion of angelica and irises. Thus offering a bold punctuation and bursts of colour respectively.
