An apple and Cinnamon winter warmer.
Cassia Bark (Cinnamon)
50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
25ml of apple juice
15ml cinnamon syrup
125ml ginger beer
Garnish: Mint sprig or Cinnamon stick
Glass: High ball glass
Add SPG, lemon juice, apple juice, cinnamon syrup and cubed ice to a shaker. Shake well. Add cubed ice to a high ball glass. Pour drink over ice. Top with ginger beer (to taste).
