ALBURY LIMITED RELEASE ‘SPIRIT OF WINTER’ GIN

Produced in small batches at the Silent Pool Distillery, this is a premium gin, full-flavoured and rich in juniper and floral notes. With the addition of noble pine, frankincense and a pinch of classic mulling spices, this seasonal spirit has fast become a local favourite. 

Serving suggestion: Best served with a tonic water and a sprig of rosemary.​
