Come to the distillery and, in a 90 minute masterclass, learn how to create your own custom blended liquid garnish to take your G&T to the next level of sensory delight. You’ll be guided by our aroma experts and we’ll provide the botanical oils and bottles in our own mini aroma laboratory.
Did you know that 80% of our taste experience is derived from aroma? Or that your drink’s garnish is specifically chosen to provide an initial aroma that helps define your taste experience? That’s why we create our intensely aromatic Silent Pool Gin liquid garnishes which work in perfect harmony with the botanicals that are intricately layered in our gins.
Simply spritz the liquid garnish across the top of your glass twice to create a long-lasting aromatic mist that amplifies the flavour of your drink. The result is an elevated taste experience with no need to have a bowl of fruit and herbs to hand - and zero waste!
This new experience enables you to custom blend your own liquid garnish based on your unique aroma preferences and sufficient for up to 60 serves. You’ll also leave with a complimentary Silent Pool Gin Copa glass to enjoy it with.

All tour participants must be 18 years or over. Sorry, we can't allow children or babies on our tours for licensing, and health and safety reasons.
There are a couple of disabled parking bays at the Distillery for disabled badge holders.
All other car parking is at The Silent Pool Car Park, which is a short walk from the Distillery.
Tour places can be reserved for up to two days in our booking system before they must be fully paid for.
£5 discount vouchers are valid in our shop for sales of £40 or more and must be used on the date of your tour.
