Ingredients -
25ml English Rose Gin
25ml Pear Pure
Prosecco
Method - Blend the English Rose Gin and Pear Pure, put in champagne glass and top up with Prosecco
GRAPEFRUIT & HONEY

Ingredients -
35ml Albury Limited Release Grapefruit and Honey Gin
15ml Campari
50ml Grapefruit Juice
10ml Honey Syrup (50:50 honey & boiling water)
5 Basil Leaves
Method - Shake over ice and strain into a chilled glass

Ingredients -
25ml Albury Limited Release Sloe Gin
25ml Apricot & Oak
25ml Lemon Juice
Method - Combine over ice and stir.
BRAMBLE

Ingredients -
50ml Albury Limited Release Blackberry Gin Cordial
25ml Lemon Juice
Lemon Twist and Fresh Blackberries
Method - Combine the Gin Cordial and Lemon Juice and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon and some fresh blackberries (top up with soda if making a long drink).
SLOE GIN SOUR

Ingredients -
60ml Albury Limited Release Sloe Gin
40ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Method - Shake the above with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a slice of ginger.
