The delicate intricacy of Silent Pool Gin, is best enjoyed neat. However, the sweet and floral flavours in the gin come out beautifully in this classic cocktail.

Ingredients

60ml Silent Pool Gin

20ml Dry Vermouth

Method

In a mixing glass, add gin and dry vermouth. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until thoroughly chilled.. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Finish off the drink with a twist of lemon peel, an olive or a few sprays of Silent Pool Liquid Garnish.
