SLOE GIN SOUR

Ingredients -
- 60ml Albury Limited Release Sloe Gin
- 40ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Method - Shake the above with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon or a slice of ginger.
