The perfect Silent Pool Gin serve

A few top tips for making the perfect Silent Pool Gin & Tonic:

1. Premium tonic is a must. It opens up the layers of intricate flavours within the gin and allows them to linger for longer on the palate. Our distillers work hard to create levels of complex flavour - you wouldn't want to upset them by pairing their premium creation with the wrong thing. Get the proper stuff in.

2. Ice cubes are essential. We know, a lot of you have issues with ice "it dilutes my drink!" we hear you cry. Well, when it comes to ice, size really does matter. You need to fill your glass with large ice cubes, not half filled with tiny ones. The size and density of large ice cubes in a glass means the ice won't melt as quickly and in turn, not dilute your drink, but rather keep your G&T at the optimum temperature.

3. The right glass is vital. The Copa glass is designed with it's signature wide brim to allow for the captivating scents of the incredible botanicals within the gin to hit your nose first. Your sense of smell accounts for 80% of your taste, so it makes a huge difference to your drinking experience.
