WINTER SOUR

Bursting with festive flavours, there is no doubt that our Winter Sour cocktail will get you in a joyous mood.
Ingredients:
50ml Albury Limited Release Spirit of Winter
25ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Cinnamon Syrup
1 Egg White
Sprig of Pine
Silent Pool Christmas Spirit Liquid Garnish
Method:
Combine the first four ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake without ice. Add ice and shake again. Pour through a tea strainer into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Finish off with a sprig of pine and a few sprays of the Silent Pool Christmas Spirit Liquid Garnish.
