Seven Sisters Vermouth is a fortified wine, made from Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc grapes. It is infused with a carefully-chosen selection of herbal botanicals including; artichoke, gentian, calamus root, wormwood, angelica and the zest of bitter orange, lemon and pink grapefruit. Unlike most Vermouths, this is a vintage blend, produced from grapes, all harvested from Rathfinny’s single Estate.
Enjoy as a “Sisters Vermouth and Tonic” or in a Sussex Martini, with Silent Pool Gin.
