Rich with floral chamomile, delicate honeyed tones and notes of herbal tea, hay and orange spice, this beautifully complex and aromatic spirit has a sweet, oaky flavour balanced by citrus notes and vanilla creaminess.
To Serve:
For a Chamomile Collins combine Chamomile Gin Cordial in equal measures with Silent Pool Gin and lemon juice.
Shake and serve over ice, topped with soda and a garnish of lemon zest.
Alternatively enjoy Chamomile Gin Cordial chilled over ice, or add a dash to sparkling wine for a fragrant fizz.

If you haven’t tried this stop right there and buy a bottle ... mix with Prosecco or pair with elderflower tonic, it’s just sooooo delicious, summer in a glass! The bottle is lovely and makes a great gift for gin loving friends although you’ll find it hard to give it away! Enjoy, you deserve it!
