Sour Cherry & Sloe Aperitivo is an alluring and bittersweet digestif. Sloes have been favoured for gin making since the 18th Century. We’ve enhanced their classic tart, cherry flavour with the addition of fruity, bright sour cherry and a secret blend of herbs and spices for a fresh, versatile and seductively scarlet treat
To Serve:
For a Sloe Cherry Spritz combine a measure of Sour Cherry and Sloe Aperitivo with sparkling water and a dash of limoncello, and serve over ice.
Enjoy a decadent Negroni by combining in equal measures with Navy Strength gin and vermouth rosso over lots of ice. Gently stir and garnish with a twist of orange.
