Rare Citrus Gin 70cl bottle

Campari 70cl bottle

Albury Vermouth Rosso 50cl bottle

 

The perfect Negroni is made by made mixing 25ml of Rare Citrus gin with 25ml of Campari and 25ml of sweet vermouth. Stir for at least 30 seconds with ice. Strain over ice. Serve with a thin orange wheel.
