Whether you’re new to yoga, have practised in the past or you’re looking for a new challenge, we’re sure you’ll have never taken a class in a Gin Distillery before – until now.
Every Friday morning at 10:30, we’d love you to join our Vinyasa Yoga sessions, run by experienced Yoga instructor, Tasha Lock.
Vinyasa Yoga is characterised by its long, flowing movements which help to prevent repetitive strain injuries that occur in everyday life. Tasha will teach you how to breathe through each posture, helping you to focus your mind on allowing you to move effortlessly from one position to the next.
You’ll learn mindfulness and relaxation through meditation, notice as your body increases in balance and flexibility and discover how to control your breathing in posture.
You’ll build new friendships with like-minded classmates as you return week after week. And as Vinyasa Yoga is ever-changing, no two classes are ever the same, making each session relaxing and fun.
But not only that, you’ll do all this against the backdrop of the rolling Surrey Hills. There’s no experience quite like it.
Go with the flow, book your Vinyasa Yoga session today.
Our resident Yoga instructor, Tasha Lock, has over 25-years’ experience as a fitness professional, starting out as an aerobics instructor in the 1990s, before discovering her love of Yoga.
Tasha teaches a range of classes, from Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yoga for Teenagers, Pregnancy Yoga, Zumba and BarreConcept, as well as being a qualified Hypnobirthing teacher.
“I believe people should have fun in my classes and leave with a smile on their face, a song in their heart and a stronger, healthier body and mind.”
Tasha’s weekly Vinyasa Yoga classes at Silent Pool Distillery focus on a variety of postures which promote strength, flexibility, balance, breath, meditation and mindfulness - making every session relaxing and fun.
