SILENT POOL DISTILLERS ALBURY WINTER GINRich with aromatic notes of mulling spices and warming gingerbread. Tonka bean adds flavours of cherry, vanilla and cinnamon. Chestnut flour and toasted ginger root bring a nutty, earthy tone and maple syrup imparts a subtle, woody sweetness, all backed up by traditional juniper and coriander. To Serve: For a Perfect Pink G&T combine 50ml of Albury Winter Gin with a dash of Angostura bitters. Top with Indian tonic water. Garnish with orange zest and a cinnamon stick. Mix a Gingerbread Martini by combining 50ml of Albury Winter Gin, 20ml of dry vermouth and 7.5ml equal measures of amaretto and gingerbread syrup.
