Our home is incredibly special, and you will find the distillery tucked away at the edge of the mystical Silent Pool itself. Situated in a beautiful, iconic National Landscape, our distillery’s location provides us with a treasure trove of locally sourced botanicals, carefully integrated into our Silent Pool Gin recipe.
Distillery Tour
Our distillery sits in the heart of the Surrey Hills and this beautiful location truly inspires the way we work. Join us to see where we handcraft, distil and bottle our iconic gin. Our guide will explain the legend of the Silent Pool, why and how we chose this location for our distillery, and the history of gin itself. Visit the stills that make our spirits and find out about our four-stage distillation process and how we get the best out of the carefully selected botanicals that flavour our gins. And of course you get to taste our range of spirits, and discover our distillers’ recommended serves.
Valentine's Distillery Date Night
Love is in the air! Share a table for two with your date and, in the intimate setting of our small distillery, enjoy a Valentine’s-themed Silent Pool Gin cocktail from our Date Night menu and indulge in a delicious charcuterie or vegetarian sharing platter. We’ll also treat you to a guided tasting of our award-winning range.
