Order processing and shipping
Please note we are only able to ship to UK addresses.
UK Mainland Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all orders £50 and above. For orders less than £50, delivery is charged at £6.95. Delivery charges are shown during our checkout process.
We use a partner courier for delivery. Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be send the next working day.
Once despatched, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Please note that once orders are passed on to the courier these are their responsibility and there may occasionally be delays and disruptions out of our control. Our courier will send tracking details upon receipt of the parcel which may allow you to update your delivery preferences.
On occasion there may be reason for us to operate outside of these target timelines. Where this is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order is placed.
UK Highlands and Islands Delivery:
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Channel Island, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are free on orders over £50. For orders less than £50, delivery is charged at £14.95.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use DPD for all deliveries. You can specify home delivery or collection from a DPD Collection Point.

Special Deliveries:
We are unable to process orders placed over the weekend and can only despatch orders Monday – Friday. We are also unable to guarantee weekend delivery.
If your order is required for weekend delivery or for delivery on a specific date, please contact us by email – customerservice@silentpooldistillers.com – where we will be able to look at alternative options for your delivery and find a service that might suit. This is at our discretion, not guaranteed and may be chargeable at rates out with our standard delivery.
DISTILLERY EXPERIENCES AND GIFT VOUCHERS
Distillery Experience confirmations will be sent to the email address entered at checkout – these confirmations act as your tickets for the Distillery Experience you have booked. Please ensure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If purchasing a specific Distillery Experience as a gift, you can share the email confirmation with your recipient as their ticket.
E-Gift Vouchers will be sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout following confirmation of your purchase. Please ensure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. If purchasing an e-Gift Voucher as a gift, this can be forwarded on to the recipient or printed and shared. We do not send out physical gift vouchers. Vouchers are redeemable online and in our Distillery Shop for both products and distillery experiences.
