Silent Pool Distillers are delighted to donate £5 from the sale of each bottle of Blood Orange Gin to halow project, our House Charity for 2024. halow project (charity number 1116773) is a Surrey based community charity providing opportunities and support for people with learning difficulties and autism.

40 ml Silent Pool Distillers Blood Orange Gin
20ml Sipello
2 dashes of Grapefruit Bitter
London Essence Aromatic Orange and Fig Soda
Orange wedge to garnish
Method:
Pour the gin, Sipello, and bitters into a wine glass with ice
Stir gently with a spoon.
Top up with soda
Garnish with a wedge of orange
