The ideal cocktail to share with friends pre-dinner. Ingredients40ml Silent Pool Gin20ml Tio Pepe Fino25ml Lemon juice20ml 1:1 sugar syrup2 dashes of orange bittersMethodPour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 12 seconds.
