Spiritmen Ltd., trading as Silent Pool Distillers, operates CCTV systems at the Albury premises for the purposes of ensuring security of the premises, stock and equipment, the health and safety of both visitors and employees and, for the purpose of ensuring adherence to regulation applicable to operation of the business. Use of CCTV equipment is sign-posted on the premises as appropriate. While CCTV is in use for these specific purposes, it is possible that general activities of visitors and employees may be recorded as a result. By accepting the terms and conditions of Silent Pool Distillers’ events and Distillery Tours, visitors acknowledge that such images may be recorded. CCTV recordings are captured and retained for the minimum amount of time as is reasonable to enable management of any incidents or issues. Generally, recordings are deleted permanently after a period of 5 weeks. Recordings that contain information relevant to any incident or investigation may be retained for a longer period and, may be shared with relevant authorities.
