Ingredients
50ml Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin, 150ml Tonic Water, 15ml Grenadine
Garnish
Pour the grenadine into a highball glass and add ice. Add Silent Pool Rose Expression Gin and a few pomegranate seeds, then slowly pour the tonic water whilst gradually adding a few more pomegranate seeds to layer it above the grenadine at the bottom of the glass.
Method
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
