Ingredients
35ml Rose Infused Silent Pool Gin 15ml Dry Vermouth 25ml Lemon Juice 25ml Egg white or vegan alternative 10ml Raspberry Syrup 5ml Sugar Syrup
Garnish
Garnish with a fresh rose petal, rose powder or dried rose buds.
Method
Infuse 200ml of Silent Pool Gin with a handful of rose petals in a bottle overnight. Strain the petals out. Pour all the ingredients except the ice into a shaker and shake vigorously to create a silky foam. Open the shaker, add ice and shake again for a few seconds. Double strain into a coupette or Nick and Nora glass.
