Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Spiritmen Ltd,
registered in England (Company Number: 08874113), with registered office at
Shere Road, Albury, Surrey, GU5 9BW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18
years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Spiritmen Ltd, their subsidiaries,
affiliates, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion
are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility
and may require proof of age, identity, or residency.
3. How to Enter
3.1 This promotion requires a purchase to enter.
3.2 To enter, participants must:
• Purchase a bottle of Silent Pool Gin from participating World Duty Free
stores at Heathrow Terminal 3 during the promotion period
• Scan the QR code displayed on promotional materials
• Complete and submit the online entry form
• Upload a valid purchase receipt
3.3 Only one entry per receipt is permitted. Multiple
entries are allowed provided each entry is supported by a separate qualifying
purchase and receipt.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or
submitted using automated methods will be disqualified.
3.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not
successfully submitted due to technical errors.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion will run from 1 May 2026 to 31 May 2026
at 23:59 BST.
4.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be
accepted.
5. The Prize
There will be one (1) prize winner.
The prize consists of:
• A Royal Ascot experience for two (2) people on Saturday 20th June 2026
• Entry to Royal Ascot (enclosure to be determined by the Promoter)
• Fine Dining experience in The Gallery (table for two)
• A Silent Pool Gin luxury gift set
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 The prize is valid for a maximum of two people, both of
whom must be aged 18 or over.
6.2 The prize is valid only for Saturday 20th June 2026 and
cannot be rescheduled.
6.3 Travel, accommodation, transfers, and personal
expenses are not included.
6.4 Attendance at Royal Ascot is subject to the venue’s
terms and conditions, including dress code and entry requirements.
6.5 Prize elements are subject to availability and may be
changed where necessary for operational reasons.
6.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no
cash alternative will be offered.
6.7 If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for
reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value at its own
discretion.
6.8 You agree to follow all health and safety instructions
given by the Promoter or any official partners when participating in the prize
experience.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid
entries received during the promotion period.
7.2 The draw will take place within 5 days of the
promotion closing date.
7.3 The winner will be notified using the contact details
provided at the time of entry.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 If the winner does not respond within 3 days of
notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8.2 The Promoter may require proof of identity and
eligibility before the prize is awarded.
8.3 Any tax liability arising from the prize will be the
responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity
9.1 The Promoter may publish or make available the surname
and county of residence of the winner to demonstrate that a valid award took
place.
9.2 Entrants may object to this information being published
by contacting the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still
provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the
promotion will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation,
including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
10.2 Personal data may be shared with third parties involved
in administering the promotion or delivering the prize.
10.3 Personal data will only be used for marketing purposes
where explicit consent has been provided.
10.4 You can request access to your personal data, or have
any inaccuracies corrected, by contacting: DataProtection@wgrant.com.
11. Liability
11.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage,
or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the
prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
11.2 The Royal Ascot experience is subject to third-party
terms and operational requirements outside the Promoter’s control.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or
cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
12.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating
to the promotion is final.
12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law,
and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
