Digital Marketing Executive

Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering Silent Pool Gin’s digital strategy across content, website, email, and digital channels. This individual will manage content creation and editing (static and video), SEO, website performance, and email marketing, while supporting campaign execution and agency collaboration. The role requires both creative and analytical capabilities, a proactive approach, and strong stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Content Creation & Brand Execution 

• Create, edit, and publish digital content (static and video) in line with brand guidelines. 

• Lead and support seasonal and campaign photo/video shoots, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned visuals. 

• Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and videographers to produce engaging content across web, social, and email channels. 

• Repurpose and adapt content for different platforms and formats (e.g. reels, banners, GTR-specific assets). 

2. Website Management & SEO 

• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms. 

• Implement on-site SEO strategies and monitor performance metrics. 

• Coordinate with external developers to ensure functionality, performance, and accuracy of the website. 

3. Email Marketing 

• Plan, build, and distribute email campaigns via ClickDimensions. 

• Maintain GDPR compliance and ensure list segmentation is accurate and up to date. 

• Monitor campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and implement improvements. 

4. Digital Analytics & Performance 

• Monitor key digital KPIs including website traffic, engagement, and content performance. 

• Generate and present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. 

• Support contingency planning in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

5. Strategic Projects & Roadmap Delivery 

• Assist in delivering the brand’s digital roadmap, including e-commerce enhancements, UX projects, and seasonal refreshes. 

• Conduct due diligence on digital tools and contribute to agency/partner selection processes. 

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration 

• Work closely with departments including Events, Market Research, and Policy to align content and digital activity with business priorities. 

• Collaborate with external creative and media agencies to ensure delivery of campaign assets, timelines, and performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience 

Essential: 

• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing or content-focused roles. 

• Strong content creation and editing skills (imagery, video, copy). 

• Experience using CMS platforms (Shopify). 

• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush). 

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Dotdigital). 

• Analytical mindset with working knowledge of GA4 or similar reporting tools. 

Desirable: 

• Experience in premium/luxury, FMCG, or drinks/spirit sectors. 

• Ability to use design/editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Figma). 

• Understanding of how digital content supports brand campaigns and e-commerce journeys.
