Summary
As members of the Events and Hospitality Team, our bar staff will be passionate brand ambassadors, providing first class customer service. Working on our very successful and unique Silent Pool bar the bar staff will have in-depth knowledge of our range of products as well as an authentic passion for the drinks industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Departmental standards and procedures, serve and produce drinks quickly and efficiently whilst ensuring Brand guidelines and quality standards are always maintained
- Always providing excellent customer service that ensures a positive and friendly guest experience
- Ensuring the bar, front of house and Distillery Barn are always kept clean and presentable throughout the weekend
- Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations, explaining and upselling daily/seasonal cocktails
- Handling cash and using PDQ machine
- Weekly reporting on financial/sales and customer feedback
- Completing cleaning records fully each day
- Ensuring all Bar Area is always H&S compliant
- Dealing with any customers complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
- Checking identification to verify age requirements for customers
- Occasionally representing the brand at external tastings and events
