Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Spiritmen Ltd, registered in
England and Wales with company number 08874113, with registered office at Shere
Road, Albury, Surrey, GU5 9BW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21
years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees of Spiritmen Ltd, their subsidiaries,
affiliates, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion
are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility
and may require proof of age, identity or residency.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.2 To enter, participants must complete and submit the
online giveaway entry form during the promotion period.
3.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.
3.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent,
duplicated or submitted using automated methods may be disqualified.
3.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not
successfully submitted due to technical errors, network issues or any other
reason outside the Promoter’s control.
4. Promotion Period
4.1 The promotion will run from 10 June 2026 to 30 June 2026
at 23:59 BST.
4.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be
accepted.
5. The Prize
There will be one (1) prize winner.
The prize consists of:
• Two (2) tickets for the Silent Pool Gin Distillery Tour
at Silent Pool Distillery in Surrey
• One (1) 70cl bottle of Silent Pool Gin
6. Prize Conditions
6.1 The prize is valid for a maximum of two people. Both
attendees must be aged 21 years or over.
6.2 The distillery tour must be booked in advance and is
subject to availability.
6.3 Travel, accommodation, transfers and personal expenses
are not included.
6.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no
cash alternative will be offered.
6.5 If any element of the prize becomes unavailable for
reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to
substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value at its own
discretion.
6.6 The winner and their guest agree to follow all health
and safety instructions given by the Promoter when participating in the prize
experience.
7. Winner Selection
7.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid
entries received during the promotion period.
7.2 The draw will take place within 5 working days of the
promotion closing date.
7.3 The winner will be notified using the contact details
provided at the time of entry.
8. Claiming the Prize
8.1 If the winner does not respond within 5 days of
notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8.2 The Promoter may require proof of identity, age and
eligibility before the prize is awarded.
8.3 Any tax liability arising from the prize will be the
responsibility of the winner.
9. Publicity
9.1 The Promoter may publish or make available the surname
and county of residence of the winner to demonstrate that a valid award took
place.
9.2 Entrants may object to this information being published
by contacting the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still
provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data submitted in connection with the
promotion will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation,
including the UK General Data Protection Regulation.
10.2 Personal data will be used to administer the promotion,
contact the winner and deliver the prize.
10.3 Personal data may be shared with third parties involved
in administering the promotion or delivering the prize.
10.4 Personal data will only be used for marketing purposes
where explicit consent has been provided.
10.5 Participants can unsubscribe from marketing emails at
any time.
10.6 You can request access to your personal data or have
any inaccuracies corrected by contacting: dataprotection@wgrant.com .
11. Liability
11.1 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or
injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting the prize,
except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or
cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
12.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters relating
to the promotion is final.
12.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law,
and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Silent Pool Gin is bottled by Spiritmen Ltd, registered in
England and Wales with company number 08874113.
