Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Silent Pool Distillers, Shere Road, Albury, Surrey, GU5 9BW (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of the Promoter, its agents or affiliates, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: Entry details are set out in the promotional email and/or website page. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase necessary to enter.
Prize: The prize consists of one pair of entry tickets to The Big Ascot Food & Wine Weekend on Saturday 6th September 2025, with access to the King Edward Enclosure. No travel, accommodation, hospitality, food, drink or additional expenses are included.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, re-sold, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 48 hours. If no response is received, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Conditions of Entry to Ascot: The prize tickets are subject to Ascot Racecourse’s entry conditions and venue rules, which must be adhered to by the winner and their guest at all times.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the winner’s failure to comply with Ascot’s terms or for any refusal of entry by the venue.
General:
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of its reasonable control. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment incurred by the entrant in connection with this promotion. The Promoter’s decision regarding all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law: This promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
