Promoter:
This promotion is organised by Silent Pool Distillers, Shere Road, Albury, Surrey GU5 9BW, United Kingdom.
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of Silent Pool Distillers, its affiliates, distributors, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter:
To enter the promotion, participants must:
Purchase a bottle of Silent Pool Gin from a participating retailer at the airport.
Scan the QR code displayed at the point of purchase or on promotional material.
Upload proof of purchase (receipt) and complete the online entry form.
Only one entry is permitted per qualifying purchase. Multiple entries from the same receipt or person using fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
Promotion Period:
The promotion opens at 11:59pm on 1st May and closes at 11:59 PM on 31st May 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

One winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets to Royal Ascot 2025
A Silent Pool Gin Fine Dining experience in the Queen Anne Enclosure on Wednesday 18th June 2025.
Please note: Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred in attending the event are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. The draw will take place on or after 3rd June 2025. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial contactor is ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winnerusing the same method as described above. If the alternative winner does not respond or is ineligible, the prize will be declared null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time (including junk folders) in case they are the winner.
Proof of Age:
Winners must provide valid photo ID as proof of age (18+) to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize if satisfactory ID is not provided.
Prize Conditions
Use of the Royal Ascot tickets is subject to Royal Ascot’s ticket Terms & Conditions and the relevant dress code requirements.
Data Protection:
By entering this promotion, participants agree to the collection, retention, usage, and distribution of their personal information in order to administer the promotionand contact them about their prize. Data will be processed in accordance with Silent Pool Distillers' privacy policy, available here.Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion.You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to dataprotection@wgrant.com.
General:
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law:
This promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
