The enticing notes of warm pepper lead to full bodied vanilla on the nose. Rich and velvety in texture, the light notes of vanilla sway between sweet and savoury with hints of black pepper and spice. A finish of creamy nuttiness lends itself to a first-class Pan Am Bloody Mary: combine 50ml Pan Am Vodka, 250ml tomato juice, a teaspoon of lemon juice a dash of Worcestershire sauce into a high ball glass over ice and garnish with a celery stick and black pepper.
