A miniature sized bottle of our best selling Apricot Aperitivo.

An intriguing blend of bitter and sweet based upon the classic Italian serve. We steep ripe English apricots in gin for three months to extract the rich fruit flavour and vibrant amber hue. The liquid is then infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices and sweetened to create a well-rounded and delicious aperitif.

To Serve:
Enjoy over ice and topped with bubbly and soda water for a sophisticated spritz, garnished with a twist of orange and a sprig of thyme or rosemary.

Alternatively serve neat as an aperitif in the classic Italian style.
