Perfect Pairings: A Taste of Honey

A delightful afternoon sampling Silent Pool Gin cocktails & Albury wines, paired with a selection of canapés and led by our wine and gin experts.

We meet in the tasting room of Albury Vineyard, home to the bees that make Albury honey, a key ingredient in Silent Pool Gin. Enjoy sampling their their award-winning Albury Estate sparkling wines.

Then it's a short walk to the Silent Pool Distillery where we’ll explain how we use honey in our gin, and serve our exquisite honey themed cocktails.

All drinks are paired with delicious canapés.

All wines and spirits will be available to purchase, with a £5 discount on purchases at both outlets (minimum spend applies).

Please note - canapés are provided by an external caterer. A vegetarian option is available. Please specify at time of booking. We are unable to cater for other dietary requirements for this event.  

This experience starts at 14:00 at The Albury Vineyard and lasts for approximately 2 and 1/2 hours, finishing around 16:30. 

Tickets are Non – Refundable and Not transferable to other dates. 

Over 18's only, please bring proof of ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years old. Dogs (including assistance animals) are not able to accompany you on this experience.
