Perfect Pairings Valentine's Experience with Albury Vineyard 

Love is in the air! Bring your beloved and share Silent Pool Gin cocktails & wines from Albury Vineyard, paired with a selection of canapés and led by our wine and gin experts. 

We meet in the tasting room of Albury Vineyard to discover and sample the exquisite wines grown on the estate, including award-winning sparkling wine. 

 Then it's a short walk to the Silent Pool Distillery where you’ll enjoy a selection of Silent Pool Gin cocktails and gins as our gin expert introduces you to the Silent Pool Gin range. 

 All serves are paired with melt-in-the-mouth canapés, each created to perfectly enhance your taste experience.

Blanc de Blancs  paired with smoked trout pate, pickled cucumber, croustade

Classic Cuvee –paired with Mushroom arancini

Sparkling Rose paired with Strawberry and crème patisserie tart

Silent Pool Distillery

Silent Pool Rose Expression G&T with elderflower tonic paired with Goats cheese tart with cucumber, watermelon, and lemon salad

Bouquet cocktail paired with Confit Duck leg croquette, caramelised onion, and cherry jam

 A Tasting Flight of Silent Pool Gin, Tenth Anniversary Celebration Edition Gin and Rare Citrus Gin paired with Hoisin pork, mooli, coriander, spring onions 

Please note - canapés are provided by an external caterer. A vegetarian option is available. Please specify at time of booking as this can only be accommodated in advance. We are unable to cater for other dietary requirements for this event.  

This experience starts at 14:00 at The Albury Vineyard and lasts for approximately 2 and 1/2 hours, finishing around 16:30. 

The experience also includes a £5 discount on purchases, available at both outlets (select items only, minimum spend applies). 

Tickets are Non – Refundable and Not transferable to other dates. 

Over 18's only, please bring proof of ID if you are lucky enough to look under 25 years old. Dogs (including assistance animals) are not able to accompany you on this experience.

Parking for guests is complimentary in the main Silent Pool Car Park. Please park then make sure to enter your car registration number into a parking tablet at either venue when you arrive.
