A gin cordial that captures the essence of a verdant summer meadow.

Rich with floral chamomile, delicate honeyed tones and notes of herbal tea, hay and orange spice, this beautifully complex and aromatic spirit has a sweet, oaky flavour balanced by citrus notes and vanilla creaminess.

To Serve:
For a Chamomile Collins combine Chamomile Gin Cordial in equal measures with Silent Pool Gin and lemon juice.

Shake and serve over ice, topped with soda and a garnish of lemon zest.

Alternatively enjoy Chamomile Gin Cordial chilled over ice, or add a dash to sparkling wine for a fragrant fizz.
