Join us for an unforgettable evening as we unveil our brand-new covered terrace overlooking the Silent Pool.
Enjoy a three-course harvest-inspired menu showcasing the very best of Surrey Hills produce, paired perfectly with Silent Pool Gin cocktails crafted by our Brand Ambassador, Antonio Franzese. All this, set to the vibrant sounds of live jazz from the Jazz Dynamos.
Celebrating the richness of the season and the spirit of the Surrey Hills, this menu brings together local inspiration, bold flavours, and a touch of refinement.
Starter
Smoked Mackerel & Beetroot Garden
Beetroot purée, horseradish, and new potatoes – a vibrant start with earthy and piquant notes.
Main
Fillet of Beef with Juniper & Thyme
Crusted with grains of paradise, served alongside a roasted pepper tart, parsnip croquette, and veal jus infused with juniper and thyme – a hearty centrepiece with depth and warmth.
Dessert
Rare Citrus & Blueberry Tart
An orange tart paired with tonic, blueberry, and Silent Pool Gin coulis – a bright and spirited finale.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, dogs are not allowed inside the distillery buildings.

Complimentary parking is available in the main Silent Pool car park. Please park, then walk up to the distillery and enter your car registration into the exemption tablet in the distillery shop. Parking overnight is not available.
