Our Tours and Events are very popular. We recommend booking your tour as quickly as you can after receiving your voucher to ensure you get your choice of date and time.

How to use your Gift Voucher when buying our products
For online orders, at checkout add the Gift Voucher code by clicking on the link highlighted in red on the image below and enter the code in the box.
The system will check the current balance on the voucher.
If the balance is less than the total order value, you will be asked to pay the balance using a card or Paypal. If the balance is greater than the order value, the order will be deducted from the voucher balance. Any remaining balance can be used in a subsequent transaction.
If you would like to use your gift voucher at our Distillery Shop please hand the voucher to our staff and they will deduct any balance from the cost of your order.
How to use your Gift Voucher when booking one of our Tours
When you have made your choice of date and time, and entered the number of guests, click on the link at the bottom left of the ‘Pop-up’ highlighted in the image below:
Then, enter the voucher code in the box.
If the voucher is valid, the box will indicate green and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking cost.
If your booking is for more than the balance on the card, you will be asked to make a further payment using a credit or debit card. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and invoice.
If your booking is for less than the value of your Gift Voucher, please e-mail at tours@silentpooldistillers.com us with the booking number and your card number and we will credit you with the difference.
If, when entering the voucher code, the box indicates red, your voucher has not been recognised. In this case, please either e-mail us at tours@silentpooldistillers.com with your name, voucher number and booking reference or, telephone our Office on +44 (0) 1483 229136. Office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00.
Bookings ‘Pending’ payment will remain on our system for two working days. After that, the spaces will be returned to availability.
How to book a Tour or Event using an e-Voucher.
Tour e-Vouchers are valid for tours and events except the Wotton House Overnight Stay package.
You will know if you have an E-Tour voucher as you will see a barcode and under it will be a long sequence of numbers starting with a G or DEF.
When you have made your choice of event, date and time, entered the number of guests, completed your personal information and, agreed the terms of service, you will be taken to the payment page. Please click on the link ‘Gift Certificate’ to enter your e-voucher code.
If your booking is for a value greater than that of the voucher, you will be asked to make a further payment using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and invoice.
In the unlikely event your certificate is not recognised, please e-mail us at tours@silentpooldistillers.com with your name, certificate code and booking reference.
