How to make a Silent Pool Distillers Gin Experience Tour using a Voucher.

 

Tour vouchers, both physical and e-vouchers, are valid for all public tours and events except the Wotton House Hotel package. 

Our Tours and Events pages show available dates and times.  If a date and time from our schedule is not shown, it will be fully booked.

Our Tours and activities are very popular.  We recommend booking your tour as quickly as you can after receiving your voucher to ensure you get your choice of date and time.

Physical Tour Vouchers

If you have a physical gift voucher that looks like the example below…

Please visit the Tours and Events section of the website and choose a date and time for your visit from the available options.

These vouchers can be applied towards the cost of any public tour or event at the rate of £20 per person shown on the voucher e.g. 2 People = £40.

If your voucher replaces a tour that has been deferred due to Covid restrictions, it will be valid for a period of 24 months from issue.

When you have made your choice and entered the number of participants, click on the link at the bottom left of the ‘Pop-up’ highlighted in the image below:

Then, enter the voucher code in the box indicated in the next image.

If the voucher is valid, the box will indicate green and the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total booking cost.

If your booking is for a value greater than that of the voucher, you will be asked to make a further payment using a credit or debit card. Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and invoice.

If, when entering the voucher code, the box indicates red, your voucher has not been recognised. In this case, please either e-mail us at tours@silentpooldistillers.com with your name, voucher number and booking reference or, telephone our Office on +44 (0) 1483 229136. Office hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00.

Bookings ‘Pending’ payment will remain on our system for two working days. After that, the spaces will be returned to availability.

Booking with an eVoucher

If you have received a Tour Voucher code via e-mail, please visit the Tour Booking section of the website and choose a date and time for your visit from the available options.

When you have made your choice, entered the number of guests and completed your personal information and, agreed the terms of service, you will be taken to the payment page.  Please click on the link ‘Gift Certificate’ to enter your e-voucher code. 

If your booking is for a value greater than that of the voucher, you will be asked to make a further payment using a credit/debit card or PayPal.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and invoice.

In the unlikely event your certificate is not recognised, please e-mail us at tours@silentpooldistillers.com with your name, certificate code and booking reference.

 Physical Gift Vouchers and Online Shop Gift Certificates

If you have one of our legacy Gift Vouchers or a Gift Certificate issued by our website and you wish to apply this to a tour or event booking, please choose your event, date and time and make a note of the booking reference before completing the payment stage.  Then either e-mail us with the e-mail reference and your Gift Voucher/Gift Certificate code or, telephone +44 (0) 1483 229136 between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday to complete your booking.
