The Celebration Edition botanical recipe has been specifically crafted to highlight delicious notes of pear - a nod to our earliest days at the distillery producing pear eau de vie. This distinctive botanical brings a unique depth to the gin and celebrates the happy memory of where we started and how far we have come. Here is to many more years of crafting exceptional spirits.
Nose
Highly fragrant and multi-layered with floral notes of chamomile and elderflower and pear
Palate
The pear notes are harmoniously layered with warming spice from ginger and a hint of vanilla, further balanced by the bright notes of fresh lime and spearmint
Finish
A long and refreshing finish with the infusion of heather honey providing a remarkable silky rich texture, elevating the overall taste experience.
