Create your own Aroma Garnish to take your G&T to the next level! Join us in a hands-on experience based in our mini aroma laboratory, and led by a gin expert. It’s a perfect activity to enjoy with friends. First of all, discover and sample Silent Pool Gin & the Expressions range. Find out about the botanicals we use to create them, and explore how their aroma is fundamental to your sense of taste and enjoyment of flavour. Then create your own Aroma Garnish to take home. An Aroma Garnish is an aromatic blend of botanical oils which, when spritzed over the top of your glass, elevates the aroma - and thus the flavour - of your G&T. We’ll provide the botanical oils, bottles and know-how - all you have to do is get creative! At the same time, enjoy a complimentary Silent Pool Gin G&T (served in our signature Copa glass that you can keep!), and all participants receive a £5 discount in our distillery shop (T&Cs apply).

Experience starts at 11:00 and lasts for 90 minutes.

All tour participants must be 18 years or over.

Sorry, we can't allow children or babies on our tours for licensing, and health and safety reasons.

There are a couple of disabled parking bays at the Distillery for disabled badge holders. All other car parking is at The Silent Pool Car Park, which is a short walk from the Distillery.

Tour places can be reserved for up to two days in our booking system before they must be fully paid for.

£5 discount vouchers are valid in our shop for sales of £40 or more and must be used on the date of your tour.
