Top cocktails to make with Silent Pool Gin

Having a party? Friends coming over? Is it a Friday evening? Whatever excuse you've got, we've got the cocktail for the occasion.

1. Silent Pool Martini

Combine 60ml of Silent Pool Gin with 25ml Dry Vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with Silent Pool Kaffir Lime Mist.

2. Silent Pool Bee's Knees

Combine 50ml Silent Pool Gin, 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 20ml Honey Syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with a twist of lemon.

3. Silent Pool Party

Combine 50ml Silent Pool Gin, 25ml Lime Juice, 15ml Rhubarb Syrup, 15ml Merlot Créme de Fraise in a cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Serve in a tumbler and top with 75ml Sparkling Apple Syrup.
