Perfect pairings for Christmas
Explore the art of festive hosting with the artisans of Silent Pool Gin & Albury Vineyard.
Enjoy English sparkling wine and Silent Pool Gin served with Christmas canapés as our experts explain how to pair festive food and drinks so you’re ready to wow your guests this Christmas.
We meet in the tasting room of our neighbours at Albury Vineyard where you'll be introduced to three exceptional sparkling wines.
Then it's a short walk to the Silent Pool Distillery and the opportunity to sample our festive gin cocktails - each paired with delicious canapes.
All wines and spirits will be available to purchase, and both brands are offering a £5 discount on purchases (minimum spend applies).
What does this experience include?
Each guest will enjoy a glass of sparkling wine on arrival, two further samples of sparkling wine, an English 75 cocktail and two further gin cocktail samples, plus six canapés.
The experience is led by experts from Albury Vineyard and the Silent Pool Distillery.
All wines and spirits will be available to purchase, and both brands are offering a £5 discount on purchases (minimum spend applies).
Please note - canapés are provided by external caterer. A vegetarian option is available. Please specify at time of booking. We are unable to cater for other dietary requirements for this event.
Tour starts at: 14:00 and lasts for approximately 2 and 1/2 hours.

Shipping is on weekdays by UK courier. Alternatively customers within 25 miles of our Distillery can choose Click and Collect at checkout.
