Mix a Gingerbread Martini by combining 50ml of Albury Winter Gin, 20ml of dry vermouth and 7.5ml equal measures of amaretto and gingerbread syrup.

The outcome was as follows:
Snowy countryside, mince pies, carol singers, gingerbread house, mulled wine, cinnamon, roast chestnuts, festive fruit cake, wood fires, pine cones, Christmas trees and wrapped presents.
And the gin? Even better than that!
