SPG Aperitif Cocktail

The ideal cocktail to share with friends pre-dinner.
Ingredients
40ml Silent Pool Gin
20ml Tio Pepe Fino
25ml Lemon juice
20ml 1:1 sugar syrup
2 dashes of orange bitters
Method
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake for 12 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass and top with tonic water.
Garnish
Finely sliced lemon wheel.
