An apple and Cinnamon winter warmer. Ingredients: Cassia Bark (Cinnamon) 50ml Silent Pool Gin 25ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice 25ml of apple juice  15ml cinnamon syrup  125ml ginger beer  Garnish: Mint sprig or Cinnamon stick Glass: High ball glass Method: Add SPG, lemon juice, apple juice, cinnamon syrup and cubed ice to a shaker. Ingredients - 50ml Albury Limited Release Blackberry Gin Cordial 25ml Lemon Juice Lemon Twist and Fresh Blackberries Method - Combine the Gin Cordial and Lemon Juice and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon and some fresh blackberries (top up with soda if making a long drink).
