Ingredients

50ml Silent Pool Gin

25ml lime juice

15ml rhubarb syrup

15ml Merlet Creme de Fraise

75ml sparkling apple juice

Method

Build the ingredients into a highball tumbler over cubed ice before stirring to combine.
