The liquid is then infused with a secret blend of herbs and spices and sweetened to create a well-rounded and delicious aperitif.

To Serve:
Enjoy over ice and topped with bubbly and soda water for a sophisticated spritz, garnished with a twist of orange and a sprig of thyme or rosemary.

Alternatively serve neat as an aperitif in the classic Italian style.
