Description
A richly flavoured, decadent spirit that perfectly balances the classic tart finish of the fruit with subtle sweetness. Handcrafted with damson plums from Kent, this gin cordial captures notes of ripe berry, cherry and plum within the spirit, as well as more subtle hints of juniper, almond and vanilla for a delicious and versatile serve.
To Serve:
Perfect in a hip flask on an autumnal walk, or serve neat over ice and garnish with lemon for an after-dinner tipple.
Alternatively add a splash to champagne or mix with lemon juice & soda for a classy Collins.
